Wilson McHardy is a boutique real estate consultancy. Established in 1993 by Ewan McHardy and Keith Wilson, Samantha Welsh joined in 2001 with Pan European experience. Simon Hartnell retains a consultancy role.

Our practice specialises in providing strategic investment, development and leasing advice both to key clients within the luxury retail industry, and to estate owners and funds with global reach.

We advised Balenciaga upon the acquisition of 14 Mount Street, Mayfair.
